Photo ID and DBS check
Government-issued ID plus a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) background check. Uncleared operators cannot access the platform.
DVLA licence verification
We run a live DVLA check to confirm the licence is valid, current, and the correct category for the services the operator will offer.
Insurance confirmation
Proof of valid trade or recovery insurance is mandatory. The document is checked for coverage dates, vehicle type, and public liability.
Vehicle inspection
Recovery vehicles and vans are inspected for roadworthiness and service suitability. Below-standard vehicles are rejected.
